Verenda Hodge, is an energetic, successful Realtor® and is an ordained minister. Through a scholarship, she has attended The College of Biblical Studies, and in 2012, was featured as a top Mentor. Verenda was also featured in the campaign “Find Your Spark” in 2013. For more than eight years, she has served as a Group Counselor mentoring hurting, homeless, and hopeless women.
As a faithful member at her church she serves as a ministry leader and facilitator of Celebrate Recovery and a Service Team Ministry prayer partner. She is also a board member of a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap in communication to seniors in underserved and remote populations. She is often the featured speaker at ministry events and faith -based conferences.
The proud mother of two adult children, of which her son is a member of the United States Navy. She is the primary parent to her beloved granddaughter, a high school student. Next to her commitment to God, she considers being a mother and grandmother her highest calling.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, relaxing, listening to music and fine dining. Her trademark laugh brings life and love to everyone she meets. Minister Hodge is committed to ensuring that everyone she encounters knows that they are loved by her, and also by Jesus.
